For every success there are ten failures … meaning, I (or you) better get started right away.

… or NextLab as I sometimes call it. Basically this is where ideas (maybe yours?) are born, incubated, and nurtured. Dr. Zelig owns my companies and my projects - and perhaps he can also help you? If you:
- Care more than others
- Risk more than others
- Dream more than others
- Expect more than others

I established TraceWorks back in 2002 with my friend and business partner Anders Lau Nielsen. Anders is a cool, analytical and goal oriented guy. He compliments me perfectly. Together we were dissatisfied with the chaos of trying to deal with marketing. In true entrepreneurial style, the company was started in Anders Nielsen’s living room. I borrowed some money from my mom and my brother. Step by step we got the company up and running and in 2007 we secured a DKK 30 million (USD 5.2 million) venture funding to expand internationally with our SaaS marketing product Headlight. Thanks Morten Lund for helping me out!
TraceWorks is today a 25-Super-Talents strong company and the company has grown more than 125 per cent every year for the past four years but we simply think it’s time for outside funding and expertise to respond to the demand on a global scale.
My role at TraceWorks:
2002 - 2007, CEO
2007 - N/A, Chief Visionary (what is?)
I founded Wulffmorgenthaler back in 2001 with my brother Mikael Wulff and my good friend Anders Morgenthaler. Wulffmorgenthaler is 100% fueled by passion - but the business potential of Wulffmorgenthaler is enormous … you just wait and see!
My role from 2001 until early 2007 was general management but since the company has grown a lot the last 2 or 3 years my role has recently (February, 2007) been re-defined. Today my work is done from the board room where I’m knitting together the business strategy with Wulffmorgenthaler’s CEO Sarita Christensen (previously producer at Zentropa) and our Chairman Michael Ritto (CEO at Nordisk Film). These are all great people who’ll ensure that Wulffmorgenthaler will reach its full potential and become a top worldwide entertainment company within 2-3 years.
Notable achievements include:
- More than 1 million online readers on wulffmorgenthaler.com every month
- Produced 40 prime time TV episodes of “Wulffmorgenthaler” & “Dolph & Wulff” for National TV (Check out DR2)
- 100.000 DVDs of the TV show sold in 2006
- 2 time Zulu award winner (TV award in Denmark)
- Published 5 Wulffmorgenthaler books (check out amazon.com)
- Producced 25 short animation for MTV INTERNATIONAL (Check out YouTube)

findbilsyn.dk is a simple search engine to locate nearest/cheapest M.O.T. test station. It took about 1 week from idea to launch and we’re tapping into a DKK20mio. advertising marketing potential with the most targeted online service in this “category”.
It’s not a huge opportunity business - but I’m 99% certain that this is winner.

NEED ADVICE, HELP, or A KICK IN THE ASS?
At times I offer advice to potential entrepreneurs. Sometime a little money. Sometimes we just meet-up ones and sometimes we mutually decide that it would a good idea for me to get a little involved helping to get things airborne.
My first challenge is often to motivate people to act on their ideas - instead of just chatting about how great the world would be “if…”. The second and most common challenge is paving a path that illustrates how to actually execute the idea.
So if you are stuck with an idea and don’t really know how to get airborne? Well, then you might want to email me a brief description of the idea and I’ll get back to you quickly whether or not I can help you out. Get in touch now!
ARE YOU A WEB TALENT?
I’m always looking for best-in-class web designers and developers who are eager to get involved in new and exiting projects. It is almost like being an entrepreneur yourself.
Get in touch now!
