I’ve always been a firm believer in small dedicated teams of super talents; all sitting together working up a lot of synergies and creativity. More or less the stuff 37signals are evangelizing, I guess.
Yet trying out new ways is an imperative. This time it’s outsourcing. I’ve always been kind of skeptical about this.
TraceWorks is quite a growth machine – and it’s been very difficult to recruit super talented people – fast. Outsourcing might be the solution – not fully – but partially; to help out our core developers located at our HQ in CPH.
First impression is that these guys are intellectually as strong as anyone, and the dedication and productivity is amazing.
